About twenty years ago, his journey would bring him to Florida, where he eventually settled in Clay County. His passion for furniture restoration led him to work with some of the most popular furniture retailers in the repair department. Teddy spent the last sixteen years with Badcock Home Furniture & More, where he covered all repairs and restorations in Northeast Florida.

When Badcock & More unexpectedly closed their doors, Teddy decided that he wanted to stay in the industry as he knew he could continue to provide a top-notch service to Northeast Florida. Late 2024, Roman’s Furniture Repair & Restore was born and has without a doubt, taken off.
